Any1 out there in australia that's a "Robert G. Barrett" fan? pls contact me. thanks? |
Travel Info I lived in Oz 4 20 years & the only books I collected were his. I had to give away alot of things when i moved back to Canada. I thought I could get them here... but no! Buying on-line is too expensive 4 me 4 the whole collection. A friend is going over soon & I'd like 2 b able 2 tell him where he can get books second hand. He's going 2 Gosford NSW so anyplace within an hours drive (or so) would be great. Get back 2 me if u have any ideas please. Travel Tips I too am a fan of Robert G Barrett, but I don't know for sure where your friend may be able to pick up his books second-hand around Gosford (I live in Qld). But, you can pick them up at the department stores like Big W and KMart (there will be both stores in Gosford I'd say) where they are usually discounted to less than the recommended retail prices. He could also try the second-hand stores like St Vinnies, Lifeline, Endeavour Foundation (Endo's). Or just try the second-hand bookshops - no doubt there would be one or two. If you're interested, here's the RGB official website: http://www.harpercollins.com.au/robertgb... It has a list of all his books etc, plus you can also buy a "Team Norton" t-shirt if you're so inclined! Try eBay too - a lot of sellers will post overseas, though the postage cost might be high. Others Call the banstable Peterson in the wallywho and make sure you tell him that the billbee is in heat. Then you want to pay off the jimereedoo and send him off to the wackerstoff. Hope that helps mate! |
