Do Austalian Men find American Women/ their accents sexy?? |
Travel Info I've heard that Australian Women go crazy for American men, whether it's true or not. I know I go crazy for Australian men, haha. But do Australian men find american women as appealing. Of course I know this doesn't apply to everyone Travel Tips Hmm....dont want to burst your bubble but everyone I have ever talked to finds American accents rather 'loud and obnoxious'. I travelled with my American boyfriend to Europe and spend most of the time being embarassed at how loud and awful he sounded. I recently went to Paris and an American couple sat next to me and I cringed everytime they spoke. It almost seems like the need everyone in the room to know what they are saying and didnt care who they bothered. I suppose it depends on the person and the place. Sorry, but for this particular Australian man, the accents I find sexy are Irish, some Scottish accents, French and South African. I don't have an objection to most American accents, but it's not an advantage in my book. We get an awful lot of American TV over here, so an American accent is not at all exotic. Well, now I know that when I visit Australia in the spring (a trip I have been looking VERY forward to) I will do my best to speak quietly and listen more than talk! My goal is to meet Australians and learn about them, just like I do here at home in California. Can't wait to see you all! |
