Question about the Australian Nursing, midwifely council?

Travel Info
Hi there,
We have just had our skills assessed by a migration expert and they have said we are likely to be successful in applying for a skilled migration visa BUT
fisrt we have to have our nursing skills and qualifications assessed by the ANMC...is this a complex procedure?
I have been on the website and it seems ok. Am waiting to a reply from my email I have sent to start this procedure.
Just wondering if anyone else from the UK migration to Australia as nurses has done this?

Travel Tips
Yes this is a leagal requirement of the nursing council of Australia. Just as if any foreign nurses or midwives wish to work in The U.K. they need to be assessed and registered with the appropriate legal body in this country. This is to ensure that the applicant hasthe required qualifications and experience.
