Does anyone know anything about customer service training in Australia? |
Travel Info When I worked in hotels and restaurants in Australia, we used to have to do courses in Customer Service. They involved role play and discussion. Does anyone know how to go about getting the qualifications neccesary to teach this sort of course? Travel Tips No, I can't help you but as soon as you learn just call into Safeway/Woolworths and offer to teach them your skills. They really, really need it. They are the rudest people in the country. After that, have a word with Qantas. Their flight staff need some customer service skills. Others I completed a customer service programme with a lady named 'Jill Sweatman' in Sydney. I'm not sure what qualifications are involved. Perhaps you could contact some BIG companies, like medical centres or banks etc and ask who they use. |
