Travel Info What are people's experiences. We are relocating there in a couple of months (or not?) Travel Tips BORING, DEAD & full of drunken military bores. Source(s): I lived there for an amazing 6mths - couldn't get out quick enough. Other Travel Tips Everyone laughs when you tell them where you live. Wagga is a nice little town, but a bit out on a limb from major cities (theatres and such like). If you like a quiet life with friendly neighbours it's fine. If you really want to distance yourself from the mob, try Broken Hill. Again it depends upon where in Wagga you are going to settle. Full of people training to join the army... that should be answer enough! I lived there for a little while with the hubby who is in the army. It is a major regional centre. Which is what I like. I played sports and the activities for the kids were great and you did not have to drive in traffic to get there. It's ok depending on what you like. |
