Cobb Hwy NSW Australia. Is it in good condition for a few girls to drive along next week? |
Travel Info Been told it's not in great shape above echuca/deny? need to get to Cobar, what's the best way? Travel Tips Can't directly answer your question, but this may be a handy link: http://www.ozroads.com.au/nsw/routenumbe... Others 1. Make sure you can change a wheel if you get a flat tyre 2. Have the car checked for radiator liquid, oil and tyre pressures before leaving. This takes 10 minutes. 3. Carry a few litres of drinking water and maybe a packet of two of Scotch Fingers. Tim Tams will probably melt. 4. Keep your speed down on any unsealed sections. This allows you to dodge big potholes if there are any. 5. Don't leave towns without at least half a tank of fuel 6. Enjoy your journey Looks like its unsealed between Ivanhoe & Wilcannia so good luck. Y don't u take the Cobb Hwy to Hay turn right onto the Mid Western Hwy (not the Sturt Hwy),take that road for about 110kms till u get to Goolgowi then turn left onto the Kidman Way which takes u straight to Cobar.at least that way looks sealed and its about 230kms closer Happy driving |
