The Croats in Burgenland, Carinthian Slovenes, Hungarians, Czech, Slovaks and Sinti & Roma. At least these are the "official" minorities, some of which have certain rights under Austrian law (schooling in their language, use of their language in court, things like that.)

Naturally, we also have other de facto minorities, people from Turkey, from former Yugoslavia, of Eastern European descent and so on, but they have no constitutionally guaranteed rights like the first group.
