Weird modern building in Salzburg, Austria?

In Central Salzburg there is a huge, new concrete building with a massive chimney on the Riverbank.At night it is illuminated a very dark blue, what is this building?

It is a power plant using thermal energy. It was the winner of an architecture contest. Some people think it looks like a crematorium chimney, but most find it pretty.

I think you mean the a cogeneration plant at Elisabethkai. It was built it about 5 years ago - not one of the prettiest buildings in the city but quite useful...
