In the South, people say "china" meaning "girl". For instance "Tu es uma china mui bonita." means "You are a very pretty girl."

means 'China', pronounced like 'Sheena'

in this case the X sound is the same as CH, but the correct way to write it is "China"
Xina doesn't exist in Portuguese, it's not even slang. Was the context of the word China?
It must be China. it means China. This person is writting wrong. In Brazilian Portuguese our language Ch has the same sound of our X.
It could either mean the country - China, or someone from China (slang), even anyone with oriental look.
