hahaha.. in this case, 'piranha' is slang for 'tramp/hooker', a very promiscuous woman

The name piranha may come from a hybrid language composed of Tupi-Guarani languages; it may be a compound word made of the components 'pir谩', meaning 'fish', and 'sanha' or 'ranha', meaning 'tooth'. In Tupi, inalienably possessed nouns take the prefix 't-', 's-', or 'r-' depending on the possessor, or zero in combination; thus 'pir谩'+'anha'. Alternatively, it may come from Tupi 'pir谩' ('fish') and '谩nha' (devil). It is pronounced (in IPA) /p拾i苫an什j蓹/ (or /p拾苫an什j蓹/), /p拾i苫a什刹蓹/, or /p拾i苫an什蓹/).

Piranha is a fish, but in slang it could also mean hooker.
It's a lot of common, my mother's name for example is Ver么nica, it's a beautiful name, too.
It's that fish with lots of sharp tiny teeth and they are carnivore...well, it would mean a ***** in Brazil...of course it all depends on the context...
