That will depend mostly on yourself. If you are a non-Brazilian citizen, you are not allowed to work in Brazil, except if you have a permitt for that supplied by the Labor Ministry of Brazil. Further on that will depend on your skills and what you intend to do. In average it is not difficult to find work in Brazil. Finding a place to live in Sao Paulo is easy. There are thousand of offers from budget places to expensive ones. Apartments, houses, studios, flats etc. There are also opportunities in the newspaper of people who want to have a mate to share expenses. Source(s): I live in Sao Paulo and am Brazilian

I'll just add that S茫o Paulo is a very busy city, and life can be hard if you come from a quiet place, with a slower pace of life.
Depends on what you want and know to do, but generally, living here is lovely and sooner or later you'll find something to do and make you living.
I just know that living there is very expensive and you better have a good job.
