Are the houses in Itaquera, Brazil nice or not so nice? I have a home in Canada and I'm moving to Sao Paulo, Brazil for work.

Not so nice to bad. it depends a lot what part. Morumbi is known to be one of the bests neighborhoods of Sao Paulo, but right behind it there is a favela (if you don't know what is a favela, you need to learn ASAP, and generally stay away from them). Itaquera is on the east side and East of Sao Paulo is usually not nice, although it varies a lot. Some parts on the south are not very good and some, closer to west are very good. West and north regions are generally good. My husband knows Sao Paulo a lot and if you need more advise, let me know. Hope it helps. Good luck. |
