How long does it take to drive from BoaVista to Manaus? Any advice?

Some friend and I want to drive from Venezuela to Manuaus... We know how long will it take us to get to BoaVista, but have no idea how long will it be from there to Manaus... Also is it safe? Is the rood acceptable? Thanks!

Take a plain! Roads in the Amazon area are very, very bad and sometimes disappear because of heavy rains. Many of them are still made out of earth.
