Are you sure Canada is the right place for immigrant? |
Travel Info to immigrant move in with high TAX, expensive housing, hard to land job, not friendly Canadian, so many law take a way your freedom, Law in Canada created to not protect human but or rub the human take money from poor and spending on rich, I am Canadian citizen are homeless are die....in cold winter, or by drug's , 0ne , of the third Canadian are using welfare or on food bank . all information on Canadian immigration is rung, and why they do not let any body to speak out about Canada? we have so nasty bad government, Travel Tips As a Canadian myself, I have to disagree with you....first of all our taxes are not as high as the US......housing is not expensive at all....did you know that a one bedroom apartment in the US can run you about $1100 per month NOT including the utilities...in Canada it is about $700 per month with the utilities included....getting a job in Canada is easy as the job market is full of opportunities you just need to look.....education including post-secondary is cheaper and better than most countries.....every country has homeless people....some choose to be on the streets....there are shelters for them to protect themselves from the harsh winters in Canada.......the laws in Canada have been developed for your freedom.....our laws are not as strict as some countries......welfare and food banks are used in other countries some more than others.....as for stealing from the poor and spending on the rich...well you get that in EVERY country....as for the government....please tell me which country has great government...there is NONE...as every government body in any country has there own "nasty" government.......I think before you judge you should do your research first.....if Canada is so bad as you say....why is it that hundreds of thousands migrate to Canada every year and not the US?........ Source(s): proud to be Canadian!!! Other Travel Tips As a Canadian citizen who came as an immigrant 31yrs ago. Tax is not high compared to many countries, most on welfare are many immigrants, why do you think Canada has to adapt to you, sorry you came here adapt to it or go back, try somewhere else if you can get in. proud Canadian who once upon a time was an immigrant Haji, Can you tell us more about yourself with your next question? I have read several of your postings that are all negative about Canada. - "I can't get a job because of racism..." - "The government takes all my money in taxes..." - "Everyone is persecuting the natives..." - "People are on welfare and dying..." You have obviously been disillusioned about Canada and want to go somewhere that offers a better life. So I have two questions: 1) According to your website info, you immigrated from Iran to USA, and then up into Canada a few years later. Perhaps you can tell us why did you leave Iran? Was it worse or better than Canada? 2) If things are so terrible here, is there no way for you to go back to Iran? You must have family and friends there that can help you by either sending you money for a plane ticket, or to send money to help you with your new life in Canada. You mentioned (again in the blog) that the first three months in Canada, you were given shelter at a YMCA in Vancouver. The YMCA organization is run by volunteers that are trying to help people of all races, not just the whites. They offer services to help you try and start your own business. They get funds from the Government of Canada, as well as from businesses and private individuals. (In other words, a white Canadian working for the Foreign Affairs office in Ottawa may have donated funds to help feed or shelter a hungry middle-eastern family in Kanata) I think there are two directions you can take. One is to be negative, criticize, and be bitter about your treatment here in Canada. The other is to try and help make things better. Are you sitting at home in front of a PC writing nasty things about Canada, in an internet-cafe sipping a latte and writing your messages, or could you instead be helping out at the Vancouver YMCA offering art classes or helping other people who came to Canada and have nothing? |
