There are a lot of check and fraud schemes going on these days. Be wary of ones that do it over the phone or by email or even snail mail. If they say that you have wone a lot of money or a lottery but insist that you pay and "upfront fee" then this isn't true. It's a scam. People who get this schould contact their local Better Business Bureau (BBB) and let the word get out about it. Hope that helps! |
