What is the legal age for smoking and marijuana smoking in Saskatchewan? From which grade does high school start?

Travel Tips
I'll give an actual answer instead of a joke answer like the others.

Legal age for smoking varies by province/territory. Alberta, Manitoba and Qu茅bec have legal ages for smoking and drinking set at 18. The rest of Canada has a legal age of 19. Smoking marijuana is illegal here unless it has been prescribed and prescriptions aren't easy to get, doctors can tell when a doper comes in complaining of fake glaucoma. Some places, like where I live currently, are really relaxed about weed smoking. Where I am if you are walking down the street smoking a joint at night officers generally won't stop you if you aren't doing anything else illegal or suspicious. The most I've seen was them telling the dude to put out his joint. That doesn't mean it's legal though. High school generally starts at grade 10. Some schools are still using the older system of k-8 then 9-12 but that is pretty rare. Generally elementary is k-6, junior high/middle school is 7-9 and high school is 10-12.

if its your legal age dont start doing it just because you can.

smoking marijuana or smoking period is not healthy.
Marajuana is not legal at any age; unless you have a special case with a doctor's permission. (hard to get)

High school starts at grade 10 now. (grades 7-9 are middle school)
man we dont smoke that crap here its bad for your health. if you want to smoke that stuff you have to go to the usa where the legal age is 9 for just about every thing including school
The legal age for smoking is 19,but if you look under the age of 25 most places will ask you for proof of age before selling you cigarettes. Marijuana smoking is not legal anywhere in Canada unless it is by prescription from a doctor to help with diseases such as cancer or glaucoma, High school starts from grade 9.
