Travel Tips be VERY careful when renting a car over here...there are many who will NOT rent to people under age 21...but you can check out rent-a-wreck and Enterprise rent-a-car. Enterprise has much better cars...all new. make sure to find out about the costs of insurance...since this is where they make most of their money... long-term rentals (more than 2 weeks) can get you much better deals..and CHECK where you can go with the car.... make sure to find out about your credit card to see if you have insurance coverage included, and find out about if it covers you over here. personally, I would be talking to enterprise first...since they are really big and very flexible enjoy your visit to our country....and have a good time. P.S. check the distances carefully when you are looking at travelling....don't forget you can put England in about 2% of Canada... Ontario itself from Toronto to Thunder Bay is 18 hours of driving....and that's not ALL of Ontario...just a small portion.. Canada is over 6000 km wide.....so enjoy ur drive !!! Others You can rent a car in Canda-- Hertz, Rent a Wreck and other rental car services are available. Best thing to do is to check with a local travel agent for booking advice and cost of booking a vehicle in Canada. Sometimes it is different in each Canadian province. |
