What kind of job makes you ware tan colored overalls?

I live in Saskatchewan,canada and i'm wondering if anyone knows what types of jobs men would have that they have to ware those really baggy tan overalls or coveralls. i see these guys alot, but don't know the job they have. It might be a city job, does anyone know?

Most people working in a line of Construction, carpender, sheet metal, ect
The overalls are very durable, and some are even fire resistant.
