Depends a bit where you are talking about but mostly it is hottest in July!

I'd say all three of these months are pretty hot but July tends to be the the hottest month.

Here close to the Rockies in British Columbia it is August.
Here on the east coast of Canada, sometimes all three months are pretty warm. It all depends on locality. Halifax, Nova Scotia could have 76 degrees F while St. John's, Newfoundland could only have around 55.
