And while the things you did in the States may only be misdemeanors there, something may be considered a felony-like crime in Canada. I would imagine there would be no issue as long as you've already served your time and there isn't an active warrant out for your arrest or your not on the terrorist watch list or have TB or something. LOL Hello, I am unaware of any Immigration Policy in Canada that prohibits visitors from the USA or any other country, that have a misdemeanor or misdemeanors on his or her record. BringBaka. If they ask be honest though because if you lie and they find out then you almost certainly won't be allowed in and you might be banned for years to come for lying to them. i would think so, since you have no felonies. but since 9/11 who knows. |
