Okay, seriously. Why would Canadians actually get married at THs? |
Travel Info Whenever I turn on the television, I see a commercial about how 15 million Canadians or so request to have their wedding at Tim Horton's. And everytime I see that commercial, I hope it's not true. I mean, Tim Horton's isn't bad, but a wedding? Seriously? Please, Canadians, tell me the truth! Are these commercials lying to me, or are Canadian Tim Horton's much better than Michigan's? Travel Tips No, no, no ........we don't get married at Tim Hortons hardly ever. We prefer Taco Bell ........ we like that tropical ambiance. Others Viva Taco Bell! I would think getting married at TH would be like getting married at McDonalds... Not sure why anyone would do that. Maybe if you're really poor and have some kind of addiction to their coffee??? I'm Canadian. I drink Tim Hortons coffee. I have never heard of or seen a wedding. I've never even seen that particular commercial. Must be some kind of publicity stunt someone in TH marketing division thought was funny. Im a Canadian and never heard of that before.... Yes timmie's is great coffee.... but getting married there... i guess the saying goes... timmies is cheap, i guess the marrage is cheaper! who knows Ummm... considering there are only 32 million Canadians, that would mean that nearly half the population wants to get married at Timmy's! |
