Travel Tips
If you're looking for things to do all year round, the only place would be the Vancouver area. It's the only place that doesn't get much snow. Lots of rain tho.
Spring, summer, fall that would be pretty much anywhere in Canada in those months.
O.K. to the idiot who gave me a thumbs down...read her question, it says YEAR ROUND! If you can ride a bike in Quebec in the winter, I'll eat my words
Others
Ottawa and Quebec
Newfoundland, that is more summer though but great place to visit!

New Brunswick's Fundy Park

Rockies in Alberta/ BC
Northern ontario....summer hiking and biking...fall beutiful because the trees are cahnging colors again hiking and biking.....winter there is cross country skiing and snow shoeing...Its beautiful espesialy in north bay ontario cuz in the winter the falls are frozen and its pure bush in the fall so leafs are beutiful. The only horrible thing is that a tornado passed last july and a lot of trees have fallen. But its still beutiful
Live there
You do realize that Canada is a multi-cultural country right? We have Chinese, Japanese, French, English, Scottish, Swedish, Mexican, Spanish, and folks from every country in the world living here. You keep asking about English only.

Frankly there isn't a place where there is English only unless there are maybe some little tiny towns in the middle of nowhere where everyone speaks English but I've lived in a number of places and evern in the little towns there's French usually.

Yes, English is the predominant language most everywhere except Quebec but there are people speaking other languages pretty much everywhere.

When you call customer service in most major corporations you are asked right off the bat if you want to speak French or English. We are a bi-lingual country.
Newfoundland, especially around The National Parks of Terra Nova and Gros Morne. Great for both hiking and bicycling!!
