Great Places To Canada?

Travel Info
I am from NYC I saw the movie last night called SICKO.
You have socialized medicine in Canada. When I retire where is a great place to live where it is not to cold and I can ride my bicycle all year round and they speak English only?
I like no colder than 4oies.

thank you

Travel Tips
you'll have to go all the way to Vancouver British columbia. That's where the winters are the mildest. Riding your bicycle year round here is not an easy task.

I lived in upstate NY, and ive been to canada a fair share of times, and one thing Canada is always cold somewhere. but Niagara Falls is a great place, theres so much stuff to see and do there, its close to the states, and its got the best of city life, surburbia, and the country all within like 45 mins of each other. And best of all the falls are there, ive never got sick of seeing that when i went there, its always cool to see.
