Do I need a passport to go to Jamaica, Dominican Republic or US Virgin Islands? |
Travel Info Do I need a passport to go to Jamaica, Dominican Republic or US Virgin Islands? Travel Tips Check with your travel agent, consulate or embassy for questions regarding enty requirements =) Others It's certainly possible. Are you a us citizen? If you are than not to US Virgin Islands but to the other destinations you mentioned a passport is required. If you are a citizen of another country than your answer is yes. you should. i was on a cruise recently and i needed one. if you are traveling outside of US land, then yes, you need a passport. US virgin islands, i would also suggest to carry a passport, just because of the fact that it is also a big tourist site. im not exactly positive but i would check it out on the passports info web ste, but just to be safe i would have one, but then again there is the chance that someone could steal it, so if it is not needed then i sure as heck wouldnt have one If you are a US citizen and you plan to fly, you will need a passport to go to Jamaica and Dominican Republic. If you fly to the US Virgin Islands, no passport needed. Just Photo ID and birth certificate. US Virgin Islands are US territories. If you go by ship and leave from a US port and return to a US port no passport is needed for any of these islands. You do need your photo ID and birth certificate to prove your identity. Good Luck s YES, u need a passport to get in to any country |
