I am from st.croix love it to death but tell me how you feel about our island? |
Travel Info looking to move to the states but my heart love home(st.croix) Travel Tips Aloha from Down Unda! Only 'heard' of it...don't know much about it other than 'exotic' Caribbean Island, perhaps too prone to poverty & tropical storms? We lived in Honolulu, Hawaii for 23 yrs... suspect St. Croix may be slightly cheaper, but probably not too much! Too bad...you seem torn between an urge to go to US mainlain & leaving your island home. Change IS difficult sometimes but leaving the HIGH cost of living in Waikiki WAS a smart move, in spite of the lousy, excessive preoccupation of Australian Sports, 'twang' & no 'Jack-In-The-Box'! Other Travel Tips Tanx voters!!! Hi! Why move if I feel that you love St Croix, what do you think you gonna find in the USA? Crime (even at schools) Drugs? Gangs ? and so many more nice things... Your choice.... Then I stay at home, Why would you want to miss out on your heritage? I personally am from St. Maarten, it is a small island, I know but I love it that way.
