How warm is the carribean in december? Warm enough for a cruise? |
Travel Info I am thinking about taking my girl on a cruise in december..would it be too cold? Travel Tips The Caribbean has two Seasons - Wet & Dry. That's it!!! The rainy season runs June 1 - Nov 30 which is the hurricane Season. December will bring you absolutely beautiful, cool, sun-shiny weather. If you have not yet chosen a destination, then let me recommend ANTIGUA check out http://www.adventureantigua.com/...... and http://www.antiguanice.com Antigua is a little piece of paradise, has 365 LOVELY beaches and warm, friendly, inviting accommodating people. Delicious local dishes, lots to see and do. see for yourself. Lovely sites, hikes, explore the coral reefs - you can feed the fish. Get a taste of the night life - clubs, etc... truly a lot to .... the most awesome breath-taking Sunsets picturesque moonlit sky with the stars all aglow...... Others yeah it should be plenty warm and it would be nice to get away while it is cold in the winter No it will be perfect/ Warm and sunny. Been on 5 caribbean cruises in nov and dec. The northern Caribbean (the Bahamas, Cuba, and Jamaica) is a lot cooler than the southern Caribbean in the winter. However, I doubt it's going to ever be cold, especially during the daytime. Also, since you're going on a cruise, there will always be other things to do, even if it's not 100 degrees outside. But overall, I think you should do it. She'll love it no matter what the season, and I'm sure it'd be preferable to colder weather (like in the States). It'd make a good spring break trip, too, but if you want to do it sooner, then try to stick to the southern part of the Caribbean--there, the temperatures barely vary at all year-round. Have fun!! It is great then although occasionally you might need a very light jacket or sweater at night. to hot so u can wear anything and go to the beach |
