What is the legal drinking age in St.Maarten?

Travel Tips
Well since the island is split into half, on the Dutch side the drinking age is 18 years. On the French side it is 16 years of age. The French side is considered to be an overseas department of France and therefore has been incorporated into the French Republic and European Union (they use the Euro). The Dutch side is an overseas territory of the Netherlands and are unincorporated to the Netherlands and the European Union. They use Antillean Guilders and make their own laws without the consent of the lawmakers in Amsterdam. Source(s): http://www2.potsdam.edu/hansondj/legaldr...
