Has anyone lived in staff housing at a resort? What is it like?

I'm thinking of working at a resort in St. Thomas but I don't know what the housing is like or if I have to pay or what.... Please help!

Travel Tips
It depends on the resort. some have bad and some have good. All I know is that when I wasn't working, there was a lot of partying and se x, going on!
