Travel Tips
Here is a reference to the Section of the St. Lucia Constitution on Citizenship:

http://www.stlucia.gov.lc/saint_lucia/sa...

I believe Section 102, 2, (b) applies to you:

b) any person who, being a Commonwealth citizen, is and for seven years previous to his application has been ordinarily resident in Saint Lucia;

That means you have to be a resident for one more year. You should speak with an attorney. I'm sure you will have to provide proof of your residency.

Good luck. The last time I visited St. Lucia was in 1997. I had a lot of fun and met many people from around the world.
