Price of Diesel Fuel in the Caribbean?

I am thinking of taking my boat down-island this winter and wondered what the price of fuel is these days in the Caribbean... just a rough average, don't need an exact answer. Is that big refinery in Jamaica still operating? and what, specifically, is the price of Diesel in Kingston.?

We are here in Luperon, Dominican Republic on our sailboat (sailed from Palm City FL) and just paid $4.50 a gallon for diesel. It is very nice here in this excellent and well protected bay. I recommend Bruce Van Sant's "Passages South" cruising guide. Have not been to Jamaica yet, we are headed to Venezuela (diesel 14cents a gallon) for the summer, to venture up to the islands next winter.
