Are there inexpensive all-inclusives out there for St. Barts?

Travel Info
When is the best and least expensive but still safe time to vacation at St. Barts? Do you need a passport? Do they speak English?

Travel Tips
Here's some hotel options: http://www.frenchcaribbean.com/st-barthe...

Not sure if all on that list speak english, but I'm betting a few do The fact that the descriptions are in english says something. The cheapest time to come to the caribbean is about now. This is the low season. Prices kick up in summer and then peak at winter. If you really want the cheapest fares, either go immediately or wait until next year.
Others
There arent any cheap all inclusives. You should try to build your own package, find a discount rate through the resort or just pay the expensive price.
