Need ideas for planning a honeymoon in September!!!? |
Travel Info I'm debating on a cruise or just flying somewhere? I've never done either and don't want to spend over a couple thousand dollars. I don't know what cruise line is better, where it's best to travel on a cruise or where's a great place to get away and just relax that has some fun things to do. Any ideas, PLEASE!!! Travel Tips Hi, Never been on a cruise, but it would not be my first choice for a honeymoon - too enclosed (the ship). If you are looking for a special location, consider the British Virgin Islands - Little Dix Bay or Biras Creek would be options. If you want something that has a lot to do there is Puerto Rico. It has history, culture, scenery (a rainforest), beaches, great food. You really need to sit down with your local travel agent. It costs you nothing and saves you tons of aggravation. They can in one sitting fit you into the perfect trip for your personality. Don't get a new agent, be sure you are working with a long time (like 20 plus years) professional. I麓m travel consultant/agent ,I have a good affordable package for you in the Dominican Republic. if you wanna contact me Gilbert September would be a good time to take a cruise in my opinion. However, if you have never cruised before, I wouldn't recommend it for a honeymoon. I went on a cruise with my girlfriend back in April. It was our first one, and we'll go again someday. The bad side was that we found it hard to relax. They had some many activities that sounded interesting to us that we hated to just miss them. We had a lot of fun, but stayed busy with the activities. Shore excurisons are also tons of fun. We snorkelled, visited Mayan ruins, and shopped all over the place. I'd recommend the Grand Caymen Island. If you fly there, you could stay at a resort. I'm sure that it would be relaxing, and also provide you with activities that you and your soon to be would enjoy. The travel agent would be a good idea also. I've never used one, but this is a trip that you want to be prefect. Good luck deciding on where to go. I'm going to be in the same boat as you right now before too much longer. |
