Compare and contrast essay on living in a caribbean island and now the USA(florida)? |
Travel Info which points would u work with if u were me, help, thakns Travel Tips Laws, culture, people, job opportunities, views towards women, schools...there is a lot to work with. I have only lived in Florida for a few years and have never lived in the Caribbean, but I'm sure there are many similarities and differences. Interesting essay topic. First hand experience? Others its no hard, take a breathe and think for a bit.... just compare things like government, laws, lifestyle, cost of living, dominant religion, ethnicity of the people... There ARE Soooo many things! wow thats kind of weird that i do that. i live in florida and in the bahamas. i would focus on points of poverty stricken areas where they are and how they came there like parts of miami vs. parts of jamaica or something. and development with the tourist industry how it has helped the economy etc. and cultural identity is stronger in the islands as they retain their own culture while still having american ideas diffused into society. there is a lot that you can work with both places are very similar and are both desirable places to live or vacation. i'm sure you will be bursting with ideas once you start to think about it and not procrastinate! lol! have fun! :) experience and exposure to both areas. |
