What do you think is the best island in the caribbean? |
Travel Info If you've been there or would like to visit there, tell me why you picked that one. Travel Tips I like Trinidad and Tobago because its one country with two very different islands, Trinidad is the more industrial and upbeat island where the majority of people live and Tobago is the more tourist oriented of the two it has beautiful beaches and a more relaxing atmosphere. Trinidad & Tobago is more unique than the other islands in that they have a broader culture, asian, african, spanish you name it they've got a little taste of it for you and the people there are warm and friendly. Soca and the Steelpan are two of the country's originals, one is a type of music and the other is a musical item, if you go to the islands during carnival its better than Rio & they speak english what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, I also live here :P Others they are all good - fine beaches .. warm weather .. http://www.deal-save-online.com/travel.h... For me, so far its Puerto Rico. It's pretty clean for the most part, a lot of people speak both English and Spanish, things are pretty inexpensive, people are nice, great food and drinks, beautiful beaches, and even though it's a commonwealth of the US it still has it's island flair. You don't feel at all like you are in the US when you visit. |
