BOOKING a CRUISE................!!!!!!!!!? |
Travel Info im looking at a cruise on december 16th leaving from San Jaun, Puerto Rico with Carnival Destiny. I was wondering, should i book it now or wait. Right now everywhere i check the prices are the same, but when it gets closer to the actual date, will the prices increase or decrease??? i've heard people say that they increase and some say decrease. Should i wait until after the summer is done? Whens the best time. Another thing is that i dont want to wait because i really want to go on this cruise. do any of you have any good websites or anything? I booked a cruise with Carnival - Inspiration for next year going to Cozumel Mexico for my family reunion and we got some pretty good deals. Others I would book now.... if there is a price drop your TA should be able to get you the difference..... I was just on Destiny this past Feb and I had book like 10 months in advance and by the time the cruise was about 2 months away a friend of mine had decided she wanted to go and the same cabin category the I purchased was 200.00 more than what I had paid... So my advice is book now what do you have to lose.... another thing is that you probably have a choice in what cabin you want and the longer you wait you will not have that choice you will have to deal with whats left... Have a great cruise!!! you're going to love destiny and her itinerary.... Cruise prices usually (if at all) go down. However airfares go way up. I book my cruise first (as soon as possible) with a Travel Agent who makes a policy of adjusting your price if it goes down. You have to ask if she/he does this before you book.
