When should you not go to the Carribbean? |
Travel Info What is the weather like in the first 3 weeks of April in the Carribbean Islands, ie Barbados area, thinking of cruising to there, also would call in at Maderia. Travel Tips I went to Barbados in May and it was lovely but it's advised that November to April is the best time to go. We didn't realise this and apparently were very lucky with the weather.So yes the first 3 weeks of April will be nice!!! Enjoy! Others Tommorrow. I heard It's bad tommorrow i think between june to october I thought it was advisable not to go during hurricane season but I'm not sure when that is. i think its in the summer but i have been to the Caribbean in May, August and September and the weather has been glorious all three times... Barbados is beautiful too! Its the summer through to December. During this time its hurricane season and also very hot and humid. But its not a hard rule. Years ago I was in Florida in July and had a very good holiday. Just the best time is suppose to be Christmas and onwards. Hurricane Season :-0 Spent many months cruising the Caribbean. Been there 3 times through April and its always been perfect...take plenty of suntan cream though! |
