What's the best shopping in St. Thomas?

My partner and I will be vacationing in St. Thomas in a few weeks, and I've heard the shopping is terrific there. Any recommendations?

In my opinion, downtown offers a multitude of stores and opportunities. Havensford Mall has some of the same stores in a more structured way, so that may be easier for you. In any event, I highly recommend Diamonds International they delivered my merchandise to the cruise ship for me and I know them by name now. Okay I'm biased when it comes to DI no matter which island I visit! The linens are beautiful and so well priced. If you're looking for souveniers I'm wearing my St. Thomas sweatshirt as I type this. I agree with Eileen for the most part, except that the mall is called "Havensite Mall".
St. Thomas is the world's #1 shopping port.
There are a lot of things you can shop for ini St. Thomoas, jewelry being the most desired. There are a ton of stores with malls in Havensight Charlotte Amalie. Front Street Main Street, Drakes Mall and more. You should check out few stores before you make your purchase. If you are making a generic jewelry purchase then the oldest and the best is Imperial Jewelers in St. Thomas, he has a website you should look him for sure everybody know him. Uncle Charlie is his name. Tell him Kris from Curacao recomended you..DI on the other hand is more expensive in its prices then Impeial. Branded jewelry can be purchased in any autorozed retailer. Bargain Bargain Bargain..... remember if you do not ask you do not get.
