How long is the flight between London and St Lucia? |
Travel Info I want to fly from London Gatwick but would like to know the flight time as my partner does not like too long flights. Travel Tips it takes about 8-9 hours to get to Barbados using Virgin Atlantic. So to St. Lucia it must be about the same as the Islands are all very close. On long flights they now hav really kl movies stuff. The flight is worth it iv been 2 Las Vegas and Los Angeles and it takes about 12 and its nt that bad!!! Im going 2 Barbados which is apparently near St. Lucia and it sounds gr8!!!! Hav Fun!! Others I flew to St Lucia last year with Virgin. It takes about 8 1/2 hours to get there, and about 7 1/2 hours to get back. Around Appox. 9 Hours. Maybe longer, maybe shorter. http://www.bbc.co.uk/holiday/destination... Your shortest flight will be about 6.5hours, longest is 8.5hours. hope your partner is able to make it, it's a beautiful place!! :O) xx I am from Barbados and fly back and forth quite a bit. we sometimes stop in St lucia, so your flight is a little less than mine is! It takes aproximately 8 hours. I came back from Barbados a few weeks ago (which is very near St Lucia) I left Barbados at 10.30 p.m. UK time (6.30 p.m. Bajan time) and I arrived at Gatwick around 6.10 a.m., UK time the following morning. Hope you are flying Virgin. I use to hate taking long flights but flying with Virgin is fantastic, there is lots to do and the time just goes. Enjoy St Lucia it is my favorite island next to Barbados of course and my mom and some siblings were born there. |
