Is their a less expensive time of year to visit St. Maarten? |
Travel Info We talking about taking a vacation and have friends in St. Maarten and were wondering if their was a cheaper time of year to go. Travel Tips The less expensive time is April 15 to December 15. That is basically low season. Yes the night life is still great during those times. So trust me you won't be bored plus you can take day trips to neighboring islands. April time is our carnival and trust me it is great. I know that when there are alot of Carnivals and activities planned (as national holidays) that will make your cost more expensive. Are you flying or cruising? Of course the cost will go down with the less that is going on. That is a major factor in traveling or tourism. Yes. The summer and fall (Sept or Oct). It's hurricane season. In Sept and Oct many restaurants close due to less people vacationing. But there are so many restaurants you won't notice. Enjoy your time in St Maarten, it's a beautiful island.
