i know Puerto Rico is
All the large Carribean Sea islands are independent countries, but tourism is their major form of income, so they're all full of great resorts.
No they are are not
Hawaii is the only place I can think of. Not sure if they have all inclusive resorts though. Carribean, like Puerto Plata is one of the cheapest places to travel, all-inclusive. I was there last April and had a blast. It's easy to get a passport, go get one!!
You still will need a passport to fly to the caribbean
The US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are the only US islands in the Caribbean with resorts. The few other minor US owned Caribbean islands are not developed for tourism.

No passport is needed for direct flights to or from the US mainland for destinations in the USVI or Puerto Rico.
