Travel Info What are some good all inclusive resorts to go to? Travel Tips We just recently returned from the Sonesta Maho Beach in St. Maarten. All-inclusive with wonderful food, clean rooms, two fantstic pools, 40 great beaches to choose from on the island, and the best hotel staff EVER. Others It's been quite awhile ago, but we stayed at a Sandals resort in Jamaica (Ocho Rios) and it was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed it and met some of the best people ever. The atmosphere was so relaxed and everyone talked to each other. I would definately stay at Sandals again. I might rethink the Jamaica end of it though, it is a third world country. They have many resorts on other islands. www.sandals.com In Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) Melia Paradisus is really great, in M茅xico (Cancun) I love Crown paradise Club, in Jamaica is awesome the sandals Bavaro - Dominican Republic, all resorts all inclusive on dominican republic, Puerto Plata, Samana, La Romana are great. My husband and I went on our honeymoon at Moon Palace in Cancun 7 years ago. It was all inclusive and absolutely beautiful! I prefer the all inclusive to a cruise. I've done both. I do suggest telling them it was your honeymoon. You will get a nicer room with silk linens for the same price. Another good thing about staying at a "Palace" hotel chain is that there are quite a few of them in Cancun. They have buses that will take you to any of the palace hotels and you can stay the day there if you'd like a change of scenery. There is the Beach Palace, Sun Palace, etc. They will have different night shows and different restaurants. You will just wear your wrist bracelet and get to go anywhere you'd like. The pool was huge and the restaurants inside were out of this world. Check out any of the palace resorts. The moon palace also has a jacuzzi in the room with bath robes.
