Have you ever stayed at a Sandals Resort? If so how was your experience? Would you recommend it ? |
Travel Info Hi. I am thinking about staying at the Sandals Grande or Regency Resort in St.Lucia for my honeymoon next June. I was just wondering if it really is as good as it sounds. Are there any hidden costs that they dont tell you about? Would you reccomend Sandals or not? Thank you for your time and advice!! Travel Tips I Stayed at Montego Bay in Jamaica in December for my honeymoon, and it was great! There were no hidden costs, everything at the resort was included. Also there are no children allowed at the resorts, so it's all adults and lots of honeymooners when we were there. There was lots to do all day, or you could do simply nothing, and just relax by the ocean. Each resort has a few restaurants to eat any meal at, or just get something to snack on. There were shows every night, including at our resort a toga party, fashion show, talent show, name that tune, as well as steel drum bands and local performers. If it's not obvious, I would totally recommend staying at a Sandals resort. I loved not having to pay for anything, and not even think about money unless you go off the resort. Good luck and congrats! Others My friend stayed at a sandals & enjoyed their stay as far as the resort goes. Their daughter left the resort one time though & got raped by locals. They said the "all-inclusive" thing was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees or anything. Good luck & be safe.
