I'm 18 and my bf is 24. The contract states that I'm allowed on the cruise becuase I'm over 18 but I won't be able to buy or consume alcohol...is this enforced? or do they just write it in the contract for the hell of it?

It is minimally enforced. I went on Princess when I was 20 and my friend 21. He would always order 2 drinks at a time and charge everything to his room card. At the end of the vacation I just gave him money. I drank so much the week I was on there and it seemed like no body even cared how old I was. |
