Travel Info Which is a better place to go: San Juan or Anguilla? Travel Tips It depends on what your after. Anguilla doesn't really have a lot to see, however, there are great sailing trips to islands like St. Eustatius and St. Barths. Anguilla is a very romantic place to enjoy another persons company and the whole "island life" experience. Puerto Rico on the other hand has a lot to see and sometimes too much to do. If you're coming from the USA I would suggest Anguilla. This is considered the hideaway for the celebrities. Others It's personal preference, I say San Juan but I've had negative experiences everywhere I travel, do some research and join a forum for more feedback to help you with your decision. =) Anguilla. I've been to San Juan and trust me it is NOTHING compared to the "real" Carribbean..Hands down Anguilla. There is no competition. The beaches will be 100% better. well i will choose anguilla peaceful beautiful romantic and wonderful beaches and u can also consider Nevis its wonderful as well.... http://www.nevisisland.com Anguilla has the best beaches and Caribbean water. So blue/green. If you go, check out Shoal Bay East. Beautiful. It's a quiet island though. You go there to hang. San Juan is a totally different island. Lots of restaurants,hotels, bars, casinos. If you are into beach go to Anguilla, if you are into action go to San Juan. Good Luck |
