Train from UK to Malaga in Spain? |
Travel Info I know that it can be done, but can anyone recommend a website that doesnt need a Degree in Trainspotting Geekiness to understand. Most of the ones I`ve looked at are just to confusing ! Travel Tips look at this link: http://www.seat61.com/spain.htm#malaga... Source(s): http://www.seat61.com/spain.htm#malaga... Other Travel Tips Try www.seat61.com Tonnes of info and not at all nerdy. Good luck Easy peasy...Did it a few years ago on my 30th - Eurostar to Paris Gare Du Nord...across the city to Gare d' Austerlitz, then on train to Madrid (left Paris at 19.45 and got into Madrid at 09.13). Train to Malaga takes about three and a half hours. You can also do it via Barcelona - but it takes longer - despite it running alongside the Mediterranian soon after leaving Barcelona! Would this be any good to you; http://www.seat61.com/spain.htm#london%2... i went once from norfolk, u.k. to alicante by train. ticket was a european student travel deal and it gave all the stations and connections across europe. some tips for you:- do nothing but get on the train (i.e. don't go siteseeing or dawdle about) and have plenty of drinks with you - we travelled from paris to alicante with no buffet car and no opportunity to buy a drink. Travel by Eurostar to Paris then via Irun and Madrid. The DB site will give you the times and train numbers. You can try International Rail or Rail Europe for tickets Source : Die Bahn http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.e... International Rail http://www.international-rail.com/defaul... Rail Europe http://www.raileurope.co.uk/# Try www.bahn.de, in english, It will give a continuous route from any uk station to Malaga, then you can descide about taking breaks of journey. |
