Sweden Stavsta (or Vasteras) to Arlanda?

Travel Info
Hi there, I have an international flight to catch from Arlanda airport next month. However I do not live in Sweden and will be coming from the UK. I could either go from Heathrow to Arlanda at 拢100 or go for half price with Ryanair to either Svavsta or Vasteras. My question is how do I go from Stavsta (or Vasteras) to Arlanda direct? Are there any direct inter-airport shuttles or trains? Or do I have to commute to Stockholm centre, and then take another bus/train. If so how long would this take (as I am thinking of maybe leaving the day before). Thank you very much !!

Travel Tips
Just to clarify: Skavsta is one airport, H盲sslo is another, and H盲sslo is in V盲ster氓s, and as much as Ryanair tries to claim differently, neither are anywhere near Stockholm. Arlanda is a third, and actually is in (well, very near) Stockholm, anymore than Luton is in London or Prestwick is in Glasgow.

There are busses from Skavsta or H盲sslo directly to the city center terminal in Stockholm, and several easy routes from the city center terminal to Arlanda, but there is no way to go from either airport directly to Arlanda without changes in the city. This is simply because you have to go through Stockholm anyway to get from one to the other - you can't easily go around, there is a lake on one side of Stockholm, and the ocean on the other, at least when coming from Skavsta. You can do some quite roundabout trip from V盲ster氓s, via Uppsala (but that will have you changing busses in the middle of nowhere, possibly multiple times). There is a train route from V盲ster氓s city to Arlanda, but it has you changing trains in the city anyway, so it won't save you any time or convenience.

While going via central Stockholm probably sounds unappealing if you've never been there, it is in fact by far the simplest way. Swedish public transport is fairly efficient, the central station is very well signposted and easy to navigate in, even for a tired traveller and everyone speaks English. You won't have any trouble, it's a lot easier to manage as a traveller here than on UK trains and busses.
