What are the best plan to spend 10 days in austria? |
Travel Info am planning to take a trip to austria for 10 days, I wonder what are the best plan to do in these ten days?????!!!! any suggestion folks!!!!!!!!!!! Tip: am kind of Nature , Museum and arch. lover Travel Tips Start with 5 days in Vienna. Get a walking tour of Vienna and enjoy all the gorgeous museums. Don't forget to visit the Hunderwasserhaeuser. They are really interesting for their architecture. Then travel along or on the Danube to Krems, Duernstein and Melk. All three are great historic sites and following the Danube is just gorgeous. You might even consider renting a bicycle for this part of the trip; the bicycle ways along the Danube are well kept. And this being the Wachau you will find great wines there - especially whites. Others It depends on what time of year you go, if its winter you HAVE TO ski! Its relgion in this country. My favorite city is Innsbruck, its kinda touristy, but it also has amazing shopping, and also is home to Swarovski crystal museum; this is a must see! Also check out Vienna, home of mozart, and thats where their parliment building is. There is a thousand things to do here, just google ausrtia! Three days Vienna, three days Salzburg, three days Innsbruck. |
