I'm think of just busting out of where i live and taking a trip around Europe...?

but the thing is I dont got a plan anyone got any tips on how I can plan everything how long b4 shuld i start(i wanna do this as soon as i finish high school and b4 college)

Travel Tips
Well book the tickets and hotels as early as possible, this can save you money you can use during your trip. If money is not an issue, do not take one if this crappy tours around Europe, focus on one or two cities for 10 days or so, otherwise you will not be able to appreciate the city so well. The destinations depend on your tastes so I leave it up to you.

Lets start in Belgium : Antwerp > Brugge > Brussels
France : Paris > Lyon > Cannes/Nice
Spain : Barcelona > Madrid
This only a suggestion, but will give you the general idea and fun/culture for you girl麓s! I麓m a tour operator and traveler.
