Can you bring pets into the Netherlands from the US? |
Travel Info Is there a quarantine period? What vaccinations and documents are required? Travel Tips Hi KP, Each country is different. I have attached a link to the USDA that has contact information regarding exporting animals. Normally there is a quarantine period and required documents on the pet's health and vaccination status. All countries differ on which vaccinations are required. The second link is specifically for the Netherlands. Of course, the regulations are very different depending on the type of animal you import/transport. Europe is on heightened alert for the Avian flu; therefore, it would be doubtful one can import a pet bird into Europe. Hope all works out.
