Do people in Europe, specifically Budapest, wear flip-flops? |
Travel Info I live in the US and have also lived in Japan where it is part of summer fashion to wear flip-flops. Often times they are worn with shorts or even jeans. I'm moving to Budapest and would rather know what fashions are alright there. My mom is from there and she seems to think nobody wears them, but she left the country in 1980, so I would rather get more up-to-date insights from everybody. Thanks! Travel Tips we wear flip-flops in summer, with anything really, jeans,skirts,shorts,any type of clothes, it's comfy and easy and they are cheap, not sure about budapest, guess you just gonna have to stock up on them just in case,they don't weigh much so why not. have a nice trip Others Well they have warm summers so I would guess in the summer they do but in the winter when it gets bitterly cold they don't? I would also imagine it depends what you are doing also. Your mamy is right! Flip flops is for inside and bathroom! Only at swimming pool or beach they are ok. in those kind of countries where the education is older than in plastic country like the USA yes they use. Yes we do.
